Thanks to ALL...I openened the holes to one larger hole for a patch piece. I bought some clean un-plated 0.22 gauge sheet metal to form a patch. I will shape the patch to fit the hole, then maybe tack a coat hanger pc. to the patch pc. so I can hold it in place. I have my beat-up (replaced) front bed panel to practice on.
I'm renting a "Lincoln weld pack" tommorrow.
Any suggestions on settings? I know....practice.
Why don't y'all come over and do this for me!!??
