Hi, been trying to find a bit of info on the NP445 as suggested, reckon that is about the ratio I needed. Mate of mine has a Dodge 4 tonner sqirrelled away in his yard, been underneath it to get some numbers, don't match up with anything I have. When I get back home will probably have to jerk it out to get a decent look.
Seems to be a little conjecture about GM Chevy using a version of the NP435's. Novak list them, but appears that if they were used at all, it was very sparingly in Chevy, as from what I am reading here, most were fitted with SM420 or the later SM465's.
Very hard to source a GM Chevy NP435 over here in Australia, been posting messages on different forums for some time, so far unsuccessfully.
