The driver is electric which is nice and the seats have built in seat belts and also arm rest that fold up and down. Some pics are in my photobucket.
Note: to bolt the seats down I used bolts long enough to go all the way through the riser and out the bottom. Then I put some big washers on the bottom for re-enforcement in case of a head on collision.
