For helping keep this great

on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Aug 2012 Posts: 566 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2012 Posts: 566 | I made a bracket from some flat stock and mounted on the thermostat housing where the original one was. I added a small bracket from the head not sure what the boss was for but it was unused so wala. Where the rocker cover with the 2 bolts I will make a bracket which one will act as a washer to hold the rocker cover down and two extend out and support the fuel line.
What made me think about the heat and vapor lock was I was watching a video diy auto school and they ran the fuel line over top of the motor and the problem created it was vapor locked. His solution was to reroute the fuel line away from the heat and he also put a loop for some reason which I forgot.
I will have to check what tom sent me as far as My linkage.
I am located in Las Vegas a bit far from Tom or I would be bugging him.
