Yes, it definitely looks like it has been patched before. I have attached a picture, taken from inside the cab, sitting in the drivers seat, looking down at the floor and to the left.
You can see daylight and my front left tire tread. That is the hole I am trying to figure out what to do with. I have the panel drawings from Dads50. Does the Cowl Side Inner Panel attach (spotweld) directly to the Cowl Side Rail?
