I had my original grille for my 49 sub rechromed and all the chrome is now peeling off. be careful when choosing a chrome shop.I am thinking of taking the chrome off somehow and just painting it the same color as the truck. Anybody know how to remove chrome? it didn't fit all that great when I put it back together either.
