I emailed them and told them the same tail light was used up to 1956. This is the response I received.
We received your request concerning the T/L / Brakelight gasket that we offer for the 1950 Chevrolet Suburb. Our research has not come up with anything as far as that fitting through 1956. I might suggest you can purchase this part and you may return for a refund if this doesn't work.
