Many Thanks, Bill, My local NAPA, a couple miles away, had the switch (NAPA/ECHLIN #SL132) in stock. I'll have the one from Rock Auto as a spare.... The '55 is pretty much my daily driver, and now I can have it back on line tomorrow early AM. The switch arm is swaged onto the shaft, is must have worn and then slipped off.
