I hauled a 51 two ton just last week for 250 miles. The steering axle is narrower than most car haulers.

I would caution against using a car hauler with 3,500 lb. axles. you would be crowding it to the max. My car hauler has two 7,000 axles,E rated tires and I pull it with a GMC 2500HD
If you have anything less to move it with, I would have it shipped.
