| | | | Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 5,337 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 5,337 | The late 1947 1/2 ton, the first year for the Advance Design truck, was a one year only design combo.
It used the early non-synchro 4 speed and had a longer torque tube than the 1948-54 truck because of the shorter transmission.
