Hopefully parts are in correctly and seated. I'm sure nut is supposed to be flush or below end of shaft. Recheck that splines are not damaged on shaft or in wheel. After all is double checked, Torque nut to 25-30 Ft Lbs to see if wheel moves down. I assume a turn signal switch is not blocking. If it is a Non Stock nut, it may be too thick.
