I am going to look at a 1961 C10 with a 235 and 3 speed transmission this weekend. He says the 235 is stuck and he was going to put another engine in but not enough time or money for the project. I did find someone selling a running 1957 235 with a powerglide. Looking through past posts it seems there are differences between the 235's especially in car/truck applications. Would the 57 235 work in the 61 C10 with the 3 speed?
