Sparky, Ironhead is right as far as using a Ford Dana 60. They are more correct to the width and they also have larger (thicker) axle shafts than the Chevy Dana that I used. I just happened to have this one laying around so decided to use it because of the 3:55 gears. As far as the original post about the rear sway bar, the Ford 1 ton dually is a Dana 70 which is just a little larger so the sway bar fits the 60 real nice. Good luck with your project. Dave
