Thanks Bartamos and Bill. Bill I am glad you posted the pictures, they cleared up another problem I thought I had.
The little stud that the vent window handle goes on.....I thought mine was broken/rusted and a part of it was missing. But I see that it is only half round where the roll pin goes.
Mine was missing the lever, so I did not know this.
