the shaped one around the front of the frame is cupped on the edges to 'grip' the frame, the straight division post rubber is riveted, and there's also separate rivets that hold the felt channel side on the post - there's a few pics
starting here that might help - note there's also rivets that hold the frame to the post, might need to drill those out as well, I fergit
