I think it might be the wiper transmission arms from the motor to the wiper arms, they are kind of old and worn, Its not the motor and it's not hitting anything underneath, I did notice the wipers was hitting the windshield rubber seal pretty hard but I adjusted that and it isn't as noisy now but it's still a little.
