Decided not to use any water, oven cleaner or sand blast it and just toughed it out with a wire wheel. The frame horns were destroyed so I'm welding on some donors. I want to run a double front bumper so I need to make some brackets and then paint the frame. Finally. Seems like it's taken for ever and all I've done is clean.
