I pulled the plugs, put some marvel mystery oil in it and cycled it a few times over the last month. It started right up and sounds real good. Unfortunately it smokes pretty bad on deceleration.

So I guess it needs guides...which means a valve job. I wouldn't be surprised to see a crack in the head as well.
