Even though my cables had good readings on for low resistance, I ordered new ground and more importantly, a new positive cable, 2 gauge. Wouldn't you know, she started right up and went to a nice calm idle as if to say - 'Thanks you so much, I will be good now'. I took her out for a 5 or so mile local drive as it has been almost 6 months since out on the road. This winter was a doozie! Thanks so much to everyone for the help. Now it is time to flush the coolant and put on some new hoses.
