Men and women of the ODSS,

THE ORDER OF THE BLUE FALCON CEREMONY

The scene is this...your presidential servant stands before you with ceremonial Scotch whiskey in hand, behind him the Great Fire cleanses the air for the purification rite forthcoming. The SAA with a nod from The Hardboiled Barkeep ventures forth to the fire and acquiring a lick of flame returns to the presidential goblet to ignite the Scotch whiskey. The Camp Commandant nods approvingly. An audible sigh is heard over the ceremonial crackling fire. The president blows out the flame and drinks the sweet nectar, secretly hoping this act will aid him in his forthcoming judgmental wisdom.
