Ned,

So many fine words have been said about your impact on us all, all true. I am one of the lucky that have met you in person and have seen your fine work on that one ton and benefited from your inquisitiveness and help with my dual carb conversion.

You seem to have met your fate in life with the dignity and intelligence I hope to have when I will someday face that challenge. You will always be an inspiration for what you have done with the vision and completion of your truck and more importantly how you have led your life.

You may think you will take that last ride in your one ton alone but be assured brother, we will all ride with you in spirit on that journey.

Signed,

An admirer and Stovebolt brother,

Cosmo
