They make all kinds of bends on the adjusting spoons. I distinctly remember that the tool that worked on my 56 Ford passenger car would not work on a 3/4 ton GMC with overload springs. And back in those days, adjusting brakes was part of a routine oil and grease job which often came once a week. I have at least a dozen spoons in my old tool box, but I don't remember what worked on what.
