It took me about an hour to do the complete adjustment.Half of that time, was waiting for the engine to warm-up enough. Only 2 settings,do adjust all 12 valves! Thanks, "Oly"!! B.T.W... the way I did it,I only removed #1 plug,to make sure I was on T.D.C. Hope this helps.
