They DO NOT fit the truck housing. Dana/Spicer rear axles with the non-removable center housing were used in some GMC applications, Ford, Dodge, and International trucks, as well as several Ford car applications.
The Spicer/Dana 60 also saw use in Plymouth and Dodge Passenger cars, mostly in cars equipped with the 426 Hemi (it was a required option with the Hemi/4 speed), though some 440 cars had them, too.
