The 54 Chevy Panel I bought over the winter had a drive noise in the rear end, so my son and I pulled the cover plate off the rear end to check it out, it appears the noise is coming from inside the torque tube about 12" away from the rear end. My son is a ASE certified mechanic and I am a certified backyard mechanic and neither of us has dealt with a torque tube and its inner workings. The panel has had a nuts and bolt restoration in the late 90's with less than a 1000 miles put on it since then so Changing the drive line is not in the picture yet. Help!!
