well you might save a bit doin it yourself, depending on if you can get a good price on pipe, how many mistakes you make, and what you want it to look like wink

good aluminized pipe isn't really very thin walled, and takes a proper bender, can't imagine doing what you'll need with a hand bender .... you might find out if a shop would just supply some pipe bent to your specs and then weld it up yourself, worked for me pretty cheaply .... and yes, even on a good machine, the bends will oval, you might look at buying some mandrel bent pieces [available from most FLAPS] and just get straight sections locally
