experience with both in building construction - Blueskin sets the standard now for flexible hole-in-wall flashing, particularly with it's 'self sealing' behavior, screw thru it and no leaks .... not easy to use, but the spray-on "primer" gives some ability to adjust positioning and it's bullet proof - peel n seal is stiffer stuff designed for flat roofing, harder to conform to uneven surfaces
