First I must say that I love that name...it brings a smile to my face every time I see it.

Instead of confusing you with half baked ideas, I have pasted a link to a good site with wiring diagrams for your '63. You can look at the cab wiring and trace where the wire actually goes. There is a diagram for the wires back to the frame too. Scratch around on the site and you might answer some of your questions. You know you can always come back here to be 'cornfused' by the Ex-spurts!
