On my T.F. 6500,the front wheels were adjusted out far enough,that it took a 4' cheater bar to get the wheels to move. I had to start out in "granny" gear,and by the time I shifted into 2nd,the truck was practically stopped. I backed the "star adjusters",just enough so I still have a slight drag on the hub. I agree with Mike. The rear brakes have 2 stars/wheel. Good luck!
