You can always surf ebay, Craigslist and Face Book Marketplace for used ones for sale. I recently found an original used Peckat exterior visor for my '51 3100 for a really reasonable price. It sat in the fellows garage for the past 40+ years after he sold the truck he bought it for and finally decided to part with it.

The same one I found might even fit your COE.

Jack - The sunvisor I purchased is adjustable for width (side sections slide in and out of center section) and designed to mount by clamping onto on the cab drip rails and center windshield divider strip. I've added a few more pictures so you can see more details.

The one thing to be aware of with the '46 is with it having a crank out windshield, that doesn't work well with the fixed position sunvisor. You would need to either not open your windshield after the sunvisor is installed, or be prepared to loosen/adjust the mounts each time you opened/closed the windshield.

The key concern here is you must have and use the sunvisor center support mount secured to the windshield divider strip. Without that support, driving will cause the air flow to destroy the sunvisor as it's not rigid enough to be self supporting.
