Try wheel vintiques. They have just about any size and style you would ever want. You can even get OEM style hubcaps.

Keystone Automotive has a line of replacement steel wheels at Rockauto.com

Try numbers STL01109u or STL00806u for a ralleye style.

I believe what you are going to find is that all the aftermarket wheels are similar. Most have dual lug patterns. In your case it would have 5 x 4 3/4 and 5 x 4 1/2. They are generally called a "smoothy". They are the same as aftermarket "rally" wheels with out the cut outs. The hub cap mounting centers will be smaller than the original but the hub cap can be modified to fit. I got mine from Wheelsmith.

I got mine from The Wheelsmith too, 15x7 5x4.75" (dual bolt pattern), bare smoothies. I bought 5 of those (one for a spare) for $76 w/free shipping. I also bought four new '47 Chevy truck caps for that size wheel for $160. I think it was $540 for 5 wheels and 4 caps delivered.
