Hi Bolters.Do you know if it's possible to trace an old B.C. licence plate.A friend has a photos of the truck with the plate.but no VIN.One call to ICBC was no help.

Hy BC52, if the plate/truck is not too old (still on the data base) they should be searchable, but it probably requires a form to be filled out and a fee for the search to be paid. This was always possible in the days before the confusilator!

the plate is readable in a 1962-ish photo of a GMC,Advance Design.The truck was a firend's Grandfather.

Yesterday my Cousin found an old Al. tag 1931, at his old home place.. He is always talking about when his Dad had a 1928 or 29 F**RD MODEL AA, which was something like a 1 or 2 ton back in the day, and it was used to haul lumber from the sawmill. Think he might trace it back to the old truck?
