It has been a long time since I have logged in but I have done plenty of lurking. This site has really helped me a lot.
But now I have a question.
I have a 46 1-1/2 ton with a 160" wheelbase. I recently bought 4 new 750-20 tires. When I installed them on the front I have some interference with a bolt on my leaf spring assembly. So I am thinking when I buy my final two tires I will get 700-20 just for the front and use the 750-20 for the duals on the back. Has anyone here ever done that? Thanks and happy holidays to everyone.

Hy 46Tonanahalf, 7.00 X 20 front with 7.50 X 20 rear may have been the way it left the factory, my 1941 truck salesmans data book shows front tires as small as 6.00 X 20 front with 7.50 X 20 rears, hope that helps and Merry Christmas.
