I'd like to know to? I went through about 3 speedometers to find one that worked correctly.....mine was on a stock setup. 235/4spd/4:10.

So how is the speedometer hooked up? Original cable and driven gear mated to the 350 auto?

Not sure. It was purchased this way. It does work well at 35 and under. Just spins way to fast for my actual speed, found a tutorial over on the H.A.M.B. for lubing the head. Not sure this is going to help me though as it spins too much. I would not be able to tell if it is an original or correct setup as I have no prior experience as to what this hook up should look like. Again it works like it should up to 35 mph.
