Just recently bought a 1951 Chevy Canopy Express, I cant seem to find out how many were made in that year. Any help?

What size Canopy Express? 3107 (1/2 ton) or 3807 (1 ton)?

No one has posted/found information for 1951 but information is available for 1950 and 1953.

1950
3107 : 353
3807 : 216

1953
3107 : 189
3807 : 111

About 7% were 1/2 tons and about 4.5% were 1 tons

Based on the above data and the total Chevrolet truck production for 1951, an approximation for 1951 would be:
3107 : 296
3807 : 185
