on my all original 51 coe im fixing to convert my points distribitor to pertronix ignitor electronic.i just found they make a 6volt kit.but they make 2 kits one negitive ground and one positve ground ...my stupid question is what do i have positve or negitive ground?????? ohwell and also has any body here ever seen a high performance 6v coil..........

You just might look at your battery. If the positive post of your battery is hooked to ground then you have a positive ground and of course vice versa.

if you've got a Chevy, it'll most likely be neg ground, GMC's used pos ground around 51
