Chevrolet passenger car, '49-'54. It'll have the common 5 x 4.75 GM bolt pattern.

get yourself a set of 51-53 chevrolet belair front brake backing plates and drums, you'll have to redrill the 2 bottom holes in the backing plates to match the bolt pattern on the axle, then you can get new style bendix brake shoes, wheel cylinders and hardware and new roller bearings the drums will fit right on the original spindles, i did this to my 46 1/2 ton and works fine

A 1951 1/2 ton already has Bendix brakes so all you need are the 1951-54 pass hubs and drums.

Thinking of doing the T-5 myself. I have a '51 3600. How did it go? Any advice? What modes did you have to do?
