Just finished installing the repop headliner in my 53 Burb, what a PITA! I took my time, cutting, trimming, fitting over and over. Not perfect, some came up short in a couple of corners. Just want to point out that the replacement headliner required all the rear sections to be cut/trimmed and the front section at the windshield was precut. The precut section turns out to short all the way around! It came with the left sunvisor holes precut and they were off by one inch! Can't even cover them up. Consider this my rant! Thanks, Phil

Who supplied it to you?

Is it possible they used the wrong pattern, That happened to me on a Studebaker Avanti.

Talk to the supplier and send them pictures.
