I recently acquired a very nice Yankee Model 960 turn signal unit. This is an older one without the flasher built in and has four wires. Does anyone have a schematic of the wiring? Four wires probably isn't that hard to figure out, but a schematic would help.

Thanks,
Joe smile

With a 4 wire switch you will have to have separate lights in the rear for turn signals. There is no provision to run the stop lights through the switch. I don,t know what the wire colors are but they have been on this websight before. You might do a search & find it.

They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing.

I have not been able to find any info through a Search.

Yes, this is a system that has to be set up on your vehicle. I don't think you can run it through the existing system.

It's a four wire system.

Any help will be appreciated.

I have a tech tip on this site that details how to wring the wiring on any turn signal switch.
