I am working on a 55.1 that had the two tone blue interior. The running board seals were originally blue (well blue grey). I did not find them on Jim Carter's site (he carries most of the blue and green stuff). Does anyone know if its available?

Thanks,

Joe

I think he is talking about the rubber piece that is screwed to the bottom of the rocker panel below the door opening. It fills the gap between the bottom of the cab and the top of the running board. Since it is pretty well hidden, this piece could be painted if you primed it with something suitable for rubber. Most people don't even know that piece even exists.

I think originally on the deluxe interior, the only blue (or green) weatherstrip type items were the upper and lower windlace. The door seal itself was black and the seal exterior to the cab behind the running boards was also black.

Thanks list, the rubber that I am looking for is what 52Carl suggested. There is "some" of my old seal left and it is the same blue grey that the windlace was. No big deal if its not available, like Carl says it barely noticeable.
