Can an AD cab be hauled this way? How is the best way to sit it in the bed for hauling? I don't have a trailer.

I can travel cross country with it, so no highway driving is involved then......

Much more stable. I don't think it will fit between the wheel wells in the bed (49"). Measuring the cab roughly, seemed to be 56" front to back (firewall to rear of cab) or about 58" top to bottom.
