Bear with me if i mess this up. my first post trying to use links.
i have searched the forum because i thought this might be a common problem, but for whatever reason i could not find an answer, so i apologize if this has been covered before.
I am having problems with the seat adjuster rails that let you move the seat forward and back. My seat would not go back all the way, so what i thought would be an easy fix turns out to be more complicated. The rails were stuck, with lots of mud or something preventing the seat from going all the way back. I can get them moving now, but have problems with one of the rails missing the roller bearings on the front end of the rail.

First question, can you buy these complete units anywhere? so far no luck calling the major suppliers.

The passenger side is missing the ball bearings that hold the front of the rail down, so there is big play in the rail.

second question. Is there a way to replace these ball bearings? Or another way to compensate for them having gone missing.

This rail is in a 51 3600, the adjuster is the metal rod between the rails, not the cable setup.

General question, what do others do to restore these rails?

These rails I don't believe are in reproduction, I have not run across the ball bearing issue, usually it is broken attachment studs. I would try posting an ad in the Swap Meet section, it would probably be cost effective to get a good used replacement set from somebody.
