After researching the engine casting numbers it is a later 235 from 56,57 . You can change the mounting plate or just drill the holes in the one you.

low pressure lubrication system
babbetted rod bearings
dipper/spray oiling to rod bearings
235ci - 1941-1952
low pressure lubrication system
babbetted rod bearings
dipper/spray oiling to rod bearings
1953 235 - complicated differences in this "transition" year
1954-1962/63
235ci (and 261ci)
high pressure internal lubrication system
insert rod bearings
internal oil feed through crankshaft to rod bearings
