I'm not happy with the 235 I rebuilt for it. For one thing it isn't the right engine, it doesn't fit the frame. It sits on top of the front cross member because it's about an inch and half to long. Since I won't be able to put it back original I'm going to replace it with a low hp small block using all the original drive train. Kind of like all my past trucks, I've had 55 56 57 chevy trucks in my youth, except they all had 283's. This time I'm going to rebuild a 350 and try to make it look like a 283. I'd like to have the reliability of the 350 with the power to pull my small camper, 1100 lb trailer. Keep the look of an old truck but able to drive it anywhere like the ones in my past. Larry
