i'm shopping for patch panels for my 55 1st. and want to know which place to buy from. classic parts has better prices than lmc. are they all the same or does it matter where you get them from. If so who should I buy from.(classic parts, lmc or other) I will pay a couple more dollars for higher quality patches. thank you for your advise, brian

I am saying this with just anecdotal evidence. I have purchased these panels from Classic, LMC, and JC and I get the same quality. My assessment is they fit fine, weld up fine, but they are a slightly thinner gauge than original. I don't know of any vendor (wish I did) that sell the same gauge as original. Leads me to believe they are all getting them from the same supplier. If I am wrong, please clue me in for sure!
