Just installed a rebuilt speedo in my '56 3200. It registers the same as my old unit (goes to 10 then up to 20). The odometer part does work on the newer unit but only show o.5 miles per mile. It runs smoothly. I am thinking I have the wrong or damaged gear in the stock 3 on the column trans. Any Ideas on the proper color of the gear I should have? I have not yet taken the cable loose from the trans. Are these speedo gears still available? Tom

I am waiting for my ring & pinion order from Patrick's (3:38). I think I will wait until it is installed and check the cable and gear then. I will then have all the changes done and can see what adjustments are needed. Tom
