Are the mounting brackets for the interior visors the same, left and right? Truck is 1953 half ton Chev.

They are different: right and left

Right hand was optional I believe on everything but the Deluxe Cabs. In parting and observing these trucks I find them to be fairly rare. They carry unique part numbers with a RH designation. The 1954/55 version carries a different number then the early versions and they are painted inner cab color.
