will not run,all the right, wire, points, plug, coil part brought from family parts store. Distributor Delco 1112362-2-D23 Compression is 90 all cylinder new carburetor, timing OK when piston at tdc mark line up. Valve cover off so can see valve's exhaust, intake. With distributor out off engine or in.If number one cylinder is at three o'clock,an the rotor turn clock wise when the point start to open on front side of cam .The rotor is at 4:30.The vacuum advance will move distributor even far away-the cap rotor are right one.Is the-part on distributor that rotor fit on.Is it press on or screw press look press.

Could be 180 degrees out. Check the timing again with the #1 piston at TDC and both #1 cylinder intake and exhaust valves relaxed. Re insert the distributor lining up for #1 cylinder. Short of that, check fuel feed and make sure you are getting electric to the coil and plugs. Bad wiring? Just check.
