| | | | Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 16 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 16 | After many years disassembled I am finally getting my truck back together. I started to reassmble my rechromed headlights and I think there was a copper grounding strip for the relecter to the bucket.
There is a small hole that could be for a rivet. I think the shop removed it when they did the chromeing.
Do I need it?

The third connection is ground through the body of the bulb.
