It lets you put a 21 cp bulb in for the brake light. What they fail to say is what bulb to buy. The socket Carter sells for dual filiment bulbs is pretty standard you could take it to an autoparts store and match it up with either the standard or LED style. If the FLAPS doesn't have LED try a truck stop.

1154 will work for a 6v application.
